New Haven Computer Shop has always quickly diagnose my computer problems from infected hard drives to corrupted bios and preformed repairs quickly and explained what repairs were done. The last two years Scott the owner has been working on my computers, and until computers start performing their own repairs, New Haven Computer Shop will remain on my speed dial.

This place is amazing! When one of my laptops became sentient and started to shift around it's parts to resemble a mechanized spider, Scott was able to immediately talk it down, convincing it not to unleash a good amount of chaos and destruction. After a series of reboots and de novo data entry, my laptop returned to it's original state and was running even faster than when I brought it in to begin with. I consider that impeccable service!

I always attempt to do private sales when plausible. This guy is hilarious. I loved visiting him to pick up the items I needed. He was knowledgeable, funny, and super laid back. He didn't make me feel dumb or try to swindle me into extra purchases or services. He was straight to the point in explaining my solution to my problem. I really enjoyed my visit there. I will be shopping here again for future computer needs!

I went to New Haven Computer Shop on the recommendation of a friend after my computer was deemed irreparable by another technician elsewhere. Scott had my computer repaired an returned to me in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Great experience. I took my tablet in and the problem was resolved and fixed on same day. Quick turnaround and a very fair price. I would definitely use their shop again

Scott was amazing. Worked very hard to try to get my roommates chromebook functioning. Replaced the battery twice but it ended up being a different problem. He refunded what I paid, even though he lost money on the new replacement battery. What a great guy!!! I also liked the cat.

Really Quick, Efficient, Friendly, and cost effective. Had a problem and he did it all while I was in the store had great conversations and fixed everything perfectly highly recommend over ever other company

Highly recommend! We brought in many "knowledgeable" PC people to help my son build a PC. After many failed attempts of getting it to work, we gave up and brought it to the expert. This guy know's what he is doing and is very reasonably priced. He definitely did not rip us off like other places try to do to someone like me who does not know much about computers. This is my go to place for any computer questions or problems from now on. Thank you!

Loved it here, the repair guy is very friendly! I got to watch him work on my computer all the way through! I came in with my old gaming computer because it kept shutting off and he found that the cpu was shorted because the water cooler wasn't doing its job anymore. So he took out the graphics card and ram sticks for me and upgraded my main computer that I brought in later that day! Great price, amazing service, and I will be coming back here if I have any computer problems in the future!

I stumbled across this repair shop after Best Buy's Geek Squad failed me twice. Scott did a great job fast and for a very affordable price. Plus he's friendly and patient with a non-techy like me. Ty!
